How to add multiple users to your account?Managing account permissions

You may want several people within your company to have access to your Messente account. It's simple to add multiple users to your account and control access permission.

Instead of sharing the password of your main account, you can grant access to several users with their own login. This helps your team members manage the account safely and enables you to manage their permissions and access better. It can also help reduce friction for users who manage SMS campaigns for more than one account.

How to add new users to your account:

  1. Navigate to your account name at the top-right corner in dashboard and select Users from the drop-down menu.
  2. To invite user, click on Invite User and insert the email address. Choose the role you want to assign and click on Invite. The invitation arrives to their inbox.

User roles:

There are two roles for using Messente’s dashboard - Administrator and Sender
•    Administrator - full access to the dashboard and account settings
•   Sender - can send and manage SMS campaigns but has limitations to access invoices and settings

Managing account permissions:

Account administrators can change the rights given to a specific user at any time. You can change the role for a user if they need to gain more access or less access, or revoke access for users who no longer work for the company.

To change user roles navigate to Account Details -> Account Permissions, change the role for the user and press Save.

To remove a user navigate to Details -> Account Permissions and click on Revoke Access.
