Adding a new User

  • Users - Invite User
  • Select the Permission "Account administrator" or "Sender"
  • Invite link will be sent to the email address entered

PS: If the invited user creates a new account instead of registering under the main account, the original invitation link needs to be used for registering. If that is not possible, then it is needed to remove the new user and added again which sends a new invitation link.

Forgot password / Password Reset

  • Forgot password
  • Insert your user email with which you log in
  • Password reset URL will be sent to your email address
  • Follow the link and enter a new password for your user/account

PS: If the reset password link does not arrive, then also check under Junk/Spam folder in your email inbox.
