Alpha and numeric sender names are both available, more information about the Sender ID-s is available here.

Starting 04.05.26, Sender ID registration is mandatory; unregistered Sender ID-s are overwritten to “Tuntematon” (Unknown). Our team handles the pre-registration of Sender ID-s added before 12.03.26. Please reach out to our Support for more information.
