The Meta fee for a business WhatsApp message depends on:
- What message type you are sending (Marketing, authentication, utility, service)
- Which country you are sending the message to

Free-tier conversations
The first 1,000 service conversations that your WhatsApp Business account has each month are free of charge.
Service conversations are alway initiated by the person or entity with whom the business is messaging not the business.
The conversation period starts when the first business message is delivered and ends 24 hours later.
e.g. if you send a promotional message to 2,000 customers and 1,500 reply and start conversations - you will only pay for the 2,000 promotional messages and 500 service conversations
